Denise joined Rubenstein Real Estate in 2005 as property manager and moved into retail leasing, sales, acquisitions and tenant representation in 2007 (12 shopping centers, in addition to a nationwide real estate portfolio).

Prior to joining Rubenstein Real Estate, Denise graduated magna cum laude with two degrees from the University of Kansas. She then worked in sales for Sprint in Kansas and later in New York with a client base including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Dow Jones, Unilever, and Time Warner.
Denise is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Commercial Real Estate Investment Institute.
