John has 43 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. He founded Rubenstein Real Estate Co., LC in 1992 after 16 years with Leo Eisenberg Company, a nationally recognized shopping center developer.
Since its founding, Rubenstein Real Estate has acquired 97 properties in 22 states, totaling 14,391,191 square feet of space on behalf of its private investors.
John graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1975. In 1984, he was awarded CCIM by the Realtors National Marketing Institute of the National Association of Realtors. He is a past President of the Kansas City Metropolitan Board of Realtors Commercial Branch and past President of the Jewish Community Campus. John is an Eagle Scout.
John developed Wal-Mart and Kroger anchored shopping centers in Missouri and Illinois.
As the first Project Manager of Northtown Devco., Leo Eisenberg Co. Partnership acquired from Arthur Rubiloff in 1986, John developed 7 Industrial Warehouses containing 400,000 SF.
