Louie joined Rubenstein Real Estate in 1993 as a sales associate. With over 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Louie specializes in tenant representation and retail/restaurant sales and leasing.
Some of the clients Louie has represented over the years include: McDonald’s, T.G.I. Friday’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, and O’Charley’s.
Louie received his BA degree in business and real estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1984. Prior to joining Rubenstein Real Estate, Louie was the sole owner and president of his own commercial real estate business.
Today, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a life member of The Million Dollar Sales Club and Board of Directors of the Southtown Council.
